We provide investment banking and capital raising services to corporations, government agencies, and local municipalities. This is complemented by underwriting, syndication, research, trading and sales. All settlements are through our clearing agent, Goldman Sachs.

Over the past several years, Guzman & Company has participated in approximately 550 fixed income underwritings, representing nearly $700 billion in par value. Our focus is on the following asset classes: agencies, corporate bonds, preferred stock, convertibles, asset backed securities and tax exempt financings.

Our distribution network includes institutional sales in three locations focusing on second tier accounts complemented by a retail network in South Florida.
